Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'name')

When using this with CKE5 Premium, this error can occur:

Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'name') at Object.eval (footnotesui.js:43:25)

Hard to know exactly but seems to be a mix of track changes, comment resolving, undo/redo, and eventually a footnotes console error appears.

Double check that the modelElement actually exists first and has a name property
