Problem/Motivation

eslint-config-drupal has some problems due to React support which we don't need, and has not been updated since October 2020.

Proposed resolution

Replace with https://www.npmjs.com/package/eslint-plugin-drupal-contrib

Remaining tasks

  • Switch out node packages
  • Update package.json scripts as needed
  • Update other config files as needed
