Problem/Motivation

As a course member, I should be able to "unsubscribe" from bulk emails in Courses (Basic and Advanced).
This PR depends on https://github.com/goalgorilla/open_social/pull/3905 but can be merged before as it doesn't break anything.

Proposed resolution

Add social_course_social_email_broadcast_notifications_alter() with course bundles.
