Cannot set exact width height

Cannot set exact width height in the editor. Seems to revert to the closest CKE Media Resize size. e.g. I size an image to 100 x 100 and it shows as 200 on the front end.

If I change the CKE Media Resize 200 to CKE Media Resize 100 (width 100) then it works.

BUT I want my image to be 100 high, setting CKE Media Resize (height 100) does not work at all.

The main issue is I dont want this plugin to resize to the closest, I would like it to size at the size I actually set the image to. How does one control that? Delete all the CKE Media Resizes?
