On drush cache:rebuild throws

[error] File not found: . . . modules/geocoder/lib/clue-stream-filter/v1.6.0/src/functions_include.php.
[error] File not found: . . . modules/geocoder/lib/php-http-message/1.14.0/src/filters.php.

I have installed the rpm files of these - the error still throws

I hard linked clue stream filter and that error went away, but php-http-message remaiuns - and BOTH are installed in the vendor doirectory also anyway

    You don't provide proper details and evidence on how to reproduce your issue,
    and how this could be a general Geocoder bug ...
    Indeed you cannot just open a Bug Issue with this approach, considering that the Geocoder 8.x-4.x branch has thousands of adoptions (that don't report this).

    Rather inspect your specific use case (and setup), may be re-requiring / reinstalling the module making sure you properly use the composer approach.

    composer require 'drupal/geocoder:^4.24'

    Please re-open this ONLY if you provide proper details on how to reproduce you exact use / issue (bug?) on a general basis ...
