Increase Drupal core version requirement to 10.2 and address TODOs

Drupal 10.1 is EOL now, but this module still declares compatibility with Drupal 9. As everything below Drupal 10.2 will be untested, and we might at any point (maybe accidentally) use functionality introduced there, we should increase the Drupal core version requirement accordingly.
Moreover, there are several @todo comments in the code referencing events that have long passed. We should address those as well, while we’re at it.
