Translation is not updating after the main content is updated.

Problem/Motivation

Step for reproduce issue
1 Create Content Type(Section) and add 2 field A and B non mandatory.
2 Add content (section ) and add A field value and blank for B and save and published.
3 Add translation.
4 Update Content and fill B Field and Save.
5 Translations still have B blank value.
