There are some weird issues with the tests after I updated the module code based on Lightning Workflow's Lightning Scheduler submodule. Until that is fixed, we cannot do that.

In the end we solved Drupal 10 and 11 compatibility without upgrading code from Lightning Workflow's Lightning Scheduler as those modules tests were breaking.
