Imagick for emoji support

Problem/Motivation

Currently textimage uses GD which cannot produce emojis, see eg: https://one3.dev/blog/add-text-and-emojis-to-images-in-php

Steps to reproduce

Insert some emojis in a textimage field and see they are not properly displayed in the resulting image.

Proposed resolution

Support Imagick PHP.
