Move to DrupalCI (and fix module on Drupal 10)

Problem/Motivation

DrupalCI testing of projects will be discontinued 1 July 2024.
We should update this to Gitlab CI.

Actually the tests were doing their job and the module was actually broken on Drupal 10.
