Update owner of cloned logs to the current user

Problem/Motivation

When cloning logs the entity owner is not updated to the user that clones the log. This can create issues with permissions if you clone another user's log but only have permission to "edit own logs". In general this seems like a bug and we should update the entity owner to the current user when cloning logs.

Steps to reproduce

Clone a log created by another user and observe that the new log's owner is not the current user.

Proposed resolution

Update owner of cloned logs to current user.
