How to design / alter the order-total-summary block

I need to add classes and design the parent div of the order summary

This summary block is built from cart form view. We can use the 'commerce-order-total-summary.html.twig' template to design éléments inside this block. But the wrapper div (div with data-drupal-selector="order-total-summary") is inaccesible.

How can I modify and add classes to this element?
