Include Gitlab CI for Views Entity Form Field

Problem/Motivation

On my opinion having automated tests and enforced QA standards makes it easier to maintain contrib module.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Add only Drupal Gitlab CI template on this issue. Make separate issues for fixing phpcs/phpstan issues and adding phpunit tests.
