Needs Review migrations become disabled and no way to fix...

Problem/Motivation

After reporting a number of errors on a particular migration, a content type for the Needs Review tab will get stuck into a Disabled mode, with no explanation, there is no options to Rollback, you can only Skip and Mark complete. But not even all the content from that content type has been migrated yet. In another case while not related but similar (the checkmark will be available) but the migration is again incomplete, and most of the content is not imported. Wondering if maybe these are related but one gets at least out of the uneditable state while the others are just broken permanently.

I have found no way to fix this, removing the disabled attribute from the element doesn't work, the rollback button doesn't become usuable. I tried figuring out if its something in the acquia_migrate_migration_flags table but nothing in there seemed to have an affect.

Only way to try again is empty the database and start all over.

Steps to reproduce

You need a content type when you. get maybe 1000 errors on import, then the application seems to lock these things up.

Proposed resolution

Make it so there is some Rollback or emergency clear feature so I can restart a migration set if things go haywire.
