Adding new field to an already created custom field

I have a yearly event price so I can keep track of event prices from years past.

Each custom field has two fields, year and the price of entry.

I add the custom field to the node and add each year I have previous years prices.

2024 £150
2023 £135
2022 £132

etc

I now want to add another field to this custom field to show the price increase/decrease in percentage and price.

But I can't add new fields to it so im stuck.
