Mark alerts inactive after their end date passes

Hi! Thanks for this module—it seems to be working well for what our client needs so far.

One concern and possible point of confusion that came up is that, while you can schedule start and end dates for alerts, an alert's "Active" status remains checked even after the end date passes. Our thought is that, ideally, this would automatically uncheck once the end date has passed, similar to how a node's publish status is affected when using the Scheduler module.

Is this possible to include in the module? Thanks!
