Doesn't work with Inline Entity Form

The tooltip doesn't work for an inline entity form. When the form is closed, the helptext is shown under the field.

When the form is open, the tooltip (question mark) is shown as the second one next to the first field form IEF, and after clicking, the text is shown under the whole form.
