Installed on Drupal 10 but seems to be invisible

Drupal 10 is not showing Mail System configuration.

Please install the PHPMailer library by executing 'composer update' in your site's root directory. (Atualmente usando PHPMailer library versão Missing)

When I install this module it throws the error above.
I don´t use VPS so I don´t have access to COMPOSER. I install everything with add new module link.
The contact form don´t work with Sendmail.
My hosting says I should use Phpmailer... how?

Composer or Ludwig → is required to install the module and its dependency, PHPMailer, as per the project page → .

One option is to set up a local development environment with composer to build the website then deploy it to your host.
