Improve template view/edit pages

Problem/Motivation

The template view/edit pages are a little confusing. I think this could be improved if we had a proper "view" page for the template that displayed some metadata and also pulled in a list of asset/logs created via the template. Then the edit forms could be self contained and have a separate "preview" button for using the simple template form.
