Not working when excluding conditions

In this situation, conditionals fields are not working as expected.
This are the conditions:
A field A must be shown in this conditions:
1.- Field B is one of this values: 2,3,4,5,6,and so on ...
OR
2.- Field B have this value: 1
AND
Field C have this value: 1
AND
Field D have this value: 1

Field A never is shown.
Is like when condition 2 is triggered then condition 1 is not triggered and hiddes the field.
Any idea?
It is a bug, or it is a bad configuration?
