Varbase Layout Builder "Rich Text": table background black and text black

Problem/Motivation

If you add a "Rich Text" (WYSIWYG) varbase content block, and add a table to that, when you edit that table, it displays a black backround with black text--i.e. making it impossible to see that text inside the table.

This was tested on a clean install of Varbase 10.0.0-rc3.

You can mitigate this a little, by disabling "Varbase Layout Builder settings -> Use claro theme inside layout builder modal "

However, that turns the table background white and text white (LOL, come on now! )... BUT on mouse hover, it turns the white background BLACK, making the white text visible.... Again, ONLY on mouse hover--so this isn't a practicaly soluation.

Proposed resolution

Remove the CSS override that varbase is doing for the layout builder modal.

SIDE NOTE: it's loading BOTH light and dark css no matter what is selected in the GIN theme, or anywhere else.
