Problem/Motivation

We would like to display a banner for every browser session until it is dismissed.

Maybe the answer is to use session storage rather than local storage.

    The patch allows 'show per session until dismissed' OR 'show until time expired time after dismissed'. It may make more sense to combine them with AND.
