Project browser is really useful tool for users without Drupal experience, which allow them to extend their websites without any external actions. Also, it has really friendly UI that helps users to find what they need.
So very often managing the website functionalities go hand by hand with managing how the websites looks. For me it does make sense users to install themes, the same way as they install modules/projects.
This is just a question. Do you think it could be useful to consider such a feature, or that will be covered with any other feature?
