Authenticated users see a register link

Problem/Motivation

OpenCulturas provides a menu link (in the user account menu) that points to the registration form.
Authenticated users also see this link, which doesn't make sense really. Interestingly, this applies only to users that were granted some additional roles; users without them don't see the link.

Hi @mrshowerman ;-) This is a known Issue for users with the role oc-admin. Did you notice this also for users with other roles?

You're right, the issue only applies to OC Admin and Administrator roles. Other roles don't seem to be affected.
