Remove special-casing of the drupalorg_mockapi source

Right now, InstallerController::begin() will only install projects that are coming from the drupalorg_mockapi plugin. That's hard-coded.

We probably need to lift that limitation in order for Project Browser to become actually usable in the real world.

Allow the controller to install a project from any enabled source.
