Add option "Characters per minute" in configuration form

Problem/Motivation

To calculate the "read time", you use the "Words per minute" as a basis. In specific situations, this may not be enough. I recommend adding an option "Characters per minute".

Proposed resolution

Add to the configuration form the ability to choose between the "Words per minute" and "Characters per minute" options

Created a separate configuration form for the user to choose which field to use. This will provide greater flexibility and the ability to choose any time calculation option
