Improve paragraph summary for 2 level nested paragraphs

Just wondering if it might be more useful for Paragraphs to provide a "summary" form mode that it uses within ::getSummaryItems() instead of it just using the 'default' form mode? This would allows site builders to add or remove items from the summary through to UI, and developers/themers to update using the existing hooks?

This is a feature quest, not a critical bug.

And just removing the depth limit isn't going to fix it and could cause issues on sites with multiple levels.
