Outsider permissions are not correctly calculated

Problem/Motivation

In group calculators outsider roles are handled on the group type level (context), but since we assign permissions per group we handle all roles on the group level (context). We need to check for all group providing custom permission, if user is a member of this group and set permissions only if user is not a member!
