Note Fences module as an option (or why it is not)

This module is great. It is the philosophy we need. Usually we have used Fences module → for this.

Do you know if Fences provides a superset of this module or if No Markup does some things Fences does not?

Essentially help people with the decision tree "i only want the option to have all markup removed so i can do everything in the template, use No Markup" vs "i am already giving sitebuilders the ability to select some basic markup options, so i might as well use Fences with all wrappings set to none."
