After following all the steps and using this alongside the SDC module in core, storybook renders the Drupal website:
Install SDC and Storybook following the steps, and then run storybook
After opening up the url provided by stoybook, you should see Drupal inside storybook
Apologies if I have missed something and this is not an actual issue, but i have tried this about 5 times now, with different approaches to rendering storybook, Drupal config changes etc
