Project update bot removed config that it should not have removed

Yes, i do think this is because of earlier problem that sometimes got confused what branch to branch off/to.

If you dont mind i'll close the related issue (and remove tags) so we can double check a fresh patch is correct.

Ah, I didn't realize you had to manually start the runs.

Still scared to fully automate, sometimes there might've been big merges in the related tooling which need some babysitting. Posting hundreds of invalid patches is quite damaging to the perceived value of the bot.
