The 'core_version_requirement' changes are not applied on repository.

Problem/Motivation

When I cloned the repository to fix an issue I got the error as The 'core_version_requirement' key must be present in themes/contrib/drupal8_zymphonies_theme/drupal8_zymphonies_theme.info.yml

But issue is not appearing when i am installing with composer.

Steps to reproduce

Clone the repository.
