Error when running drush mk:docs

Problem/Motivation

Drush 12.5.2.0
Path Redirect Import 2.0.9

When running `drush mk:docs`, you get an error:

  Command "path_redirect_import" is not defined.  
                                                  
  Did you mean one of these?                      
      path_redirect_import:export                 
      path_redirect_import:import

Steps to reproduce

Base Drupal site and install this module, run drush mk:docs.

Proposed resolution

Changes the topics to be command-specific.
