@Rajesh Bhimani, I have fixed the issue and created MR. please review it once.
Warning: Undefined array key "slide_type" in Drupal\poster_slider\Plugin\Block\SliderBlock->build() (line 116 of modules/contrib/poster_slider/src/Plugin/Block/SliderBlock.php).
Create slider block as suggested on module page and check the slider page after assign block in region.
