3380841 adds some fixes however there are a few outstanding issues.
- When run on D10 + 8.1 we see the log file that is written be just a string of "A"'s after the first batch. Subsequent writes then fail resulting in no messages being passed through.
- When run on D10 + 8.1 we see issues in cardinalityPass where cardinality is not defined in the field definition. The default should be to set it to false instead it seems to not get set.
Upgrade to D10 and run an import on a csv file.
I've got fixes forthcoming. But couldn't commit into the existing fork on related issue.
