Can't create translation of a webform programmatically

Problem/Motivation

Hi, I have a problem creating a translation programmatically from an existing webform, My primary target is to use that when I migrate webforms from Drupal7, so basically I have a webform that is for example created in EN and need to add a translation ( create ) for all the other languages and provide different text for the fields. ( from a process or destination plugin from the migration, or from a hook) So far I haven't found anything related to explaining that ....
