Wrong derivative rendered

I've contacted Bynder customer support about this, but I thought I would ask here, in case anyone has experience with this. Bynder is integrated and working (despite 8.2 deprecation warnings from the sdk), but when I select most of the new derivatives that work correctly when I browse the Bynder library on the Bynder web site, I just get a 'webimage' derivative.

It's like the module is able to retrieve available derivatives, but when it goes to render the image, it often uses the 'webimage' derivative instead of the one I selected for the display mode.
