When marking something as duplicate, it would be best to include a link.
Google Tag Manager asks that the script code be added as high in the of the page as possible. Having the google_tag library script in the footer is effectively the opposite as the google_tag script has to load and execute before the Google Tag manager script is added to the .
Provide a simple config option to add the Google Tag Manager script as early in the as possible. For more advanced config implement solution that loads as early as possible.
Work with COOKiES Consent Management → if needed to retain integration support.
