Rivet form fixes

Problem/Motivation

Testing the example forms from webform, there are several fixes required for the Rivet theme integration.

Example: Computed Ajax

  • Answer for the Basic Addition equation is not aligned with the = sign

Example: Input Masks

  • Numeric field is rendering as currency.
  • The input limitations for License Plate and MAC Address don’t seem to be functioning correctly. (I doubt that we have many, if any, use cases for these, though.)

Example: Style Guide

  • In the Date list field, it appear that the individual field titles (Hour, Minute, etc.) are clickable options in the dropdown menu.
  • The Entity autofill field is filling properly, but the content (Staff Name) is hard to read as it renders almost transparently in the dropdown.
