Basic installation and site functionality test for patternkit related modules

Problem/Motivation

When we install the patternkit related module i.e. patternkit_media_library, patternkit usage tracking, patternkit_devel module for the first time, the installation should be successful.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install a fresh Drupal site
2. Attempt to enable these modules
3. Track some content
4. Uninstall the modules
5. Test clean uninstallation
6. Reinstall the modules
7. Test successful reinstallation

Proposed resolution

Implemented browser tests to cover this functionality within the PatternKit module.

Remaining tasks

Develop additional tests for the identified scenarios.
