Add Gitlab CI integration; fix minor issues

Problem/Motivation

Module does not current run any pipelines for testing (and also doesn't have any tests, but that's another matter)

It will at least run all of the linting programs after adding this.

Proposed resolution

Add the d.a default template from https://project.pages.drupalcode.org/gitlab_templates/info/templates-ver...

Amend to not run any of the tests except linting.

Remaining tasks

Add .gitlab-ci.yml file with basic support - current version only, as there are no tests to run.
