Remove deprecated code

Problem/Motivation

In the 2.x version of this module, code has been marked deprecated and has to be removed accordingly.

Proposed resolution

Remove the \Drupal\vendor_stream_wrapper\Service\VendorStreamWrapperManager::creatUrlFromUri() function and remove the obsolete // cspell:ignore creat.

Remaining tasks

Perform the proposed resolution.

API changes

\Drupal\vendor_stream_wrapper\Service\VendorStreamWrapperManager::createUrlFromUri() should be used to get the URL from a URI.
