Paragraphs Behaviors tabs are missing

I am not sure if it's related to this module; I need time to investigate more, but it looks like the Paragraphs Behaviors tabs are missing inside the inframe.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Add some paragraph type, for example, with a plain text title field.
2) Add custom code to add custom paragraph behavior. For example, user is able to select wrapper tag for the title.
3) Add paragraph field to the node. At node's edit form you will see two tabs: content and behavior for this paragraph field.
4) Now create a custom block with the same paragraph. Try to add block. You will see the behavior setting in the LB sidebar: https://imgur.com/oYemGPS
5) Now enable Layout Builder iFrame Modal module and try add same block. Tabs will be missing and as result, default styles for the paragraph behaviors will be loaded: https://i.imgur.com/wLr3Nyy.png user will see no settings.

As a quick workaround, we can simply add one CSS line for the admin users.
