Quick edit doesn't work

Problem/Motivation

Quick edit link doesn't work.
Drupal 10.2.6 with Solo theme.

Steps to reproduce

- I installed the Quich edit module in modules/contrib.
- I installed the entity module.
- In the libraries folder I put the backbone.js and underscore.js files.

On Drupal 9 it works perfectly.
