Works for me!
More details:
- Tested with Mercury Editor 2.1.0 (Drupal core 10.2.6).
- On "Extend" (/admin/modules), there's now a "Configure" link with Mercury Editor (before applying the patch from #2, there was no such link).
- When I click that configure link, I'm taken here: /admin/config/content/mercury-editor -- success!
