Run tests when the dialog polyfill is loaded

Problem/Motivation

Even though tests do not run on a version of Chromedriver that needs the polyfill, we should run the JavaScript test suite with the polyfill enabled to ensure it does not cause things to break.

Proposed resolution

Refactor functional JavaScript tests and run them with and without the polyfill enabled.
