Add compatibility with smartdate module

Problem/Motivation

The module is not compatible with the smart date module. However, there is a a number of use case where multi value date fields are useful (to book slots for instance), so it would be great to have this module compatible with smartdate

Proposed resolution

Simply add 'smartdate_inline' in the SAM_ALLOWED_WIDGET_TYPES list in sam.module
