"Exclude from DXPR builder editing" is available for any authorized user.
1. Create a new user.
2. Log in.
3. Check that "Exclude from DXPR builder editing" is available.
4. Check that permission "Administer DXPR Builder configuration" is not set for authenticated users.
We should check if the user has permission to "Administer DXPR Builder configuration" and grant access to the field "Exclude from DXPR builder editing" only when the user has specified permission.
