As Site Administrator I can set Font size in REM/EM/PIXEL

Problem/Motivation

If we need to resize the font e.g using module https://www.drupal.org/project/font_resize → then it does not work because in the dxpr_theme we are using px instead of rem. As site administrator we have the opportunity to change the font unit from pixel to rem or em.

Steps to reproduce

1- Install the https://www.drupal.org/project/font_resize →
2- Configure the settings
3- Increase or decrease the size. I will not work because of pixel

Proposed resolution

- Provide the opportunity to change the font size unit from pixel to rem.

Remaining tasks

- Create the patch

User interface changes

- Add select list for font unit like Pixel. Rem, Em etc
