I think admin toolbar adds tags that are broken or don't match with the DOM that tidy and html beautify accepts.
Is it possible to create rules that exclude conflicting tags?
I tried to debug to provide more information, but couldn't 😢.

I try to replicate issue but not appearing this error to me.
I have installed and enabled module as suggested on module page.
Then installed admin-toolbar and enabled,
But error not showing in console.
